Property Specialist
Sales · Marketing
Responsible for client inquiries, property showings, and closing sales. You will be the face of Cassopia to potential homeowners at Dumanjug Residences.
- At least 1 year real estate sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to be assigned in Dumanjug, Cebu
- College graduate preferred but not required
Admin Assistant
Administration
Provide administrative support to the management team, handle documentation, filing, scheduling, and coordination with various departments.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- At least 6 months admin experience
- College graduate in Business or related field
Marketing Associate
Marketing · Communications
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, creating content, and supporting promotional events.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
- Experience with social media management
- Creative and detail-oriented
- Basic graphic design skills a plus
Customer Relations Officer
Customer Service
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Maintain positive relationships with homeowners and coordinate after-sales support services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in customer service or real estate
- Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented
- Fluent in Cebuano and English
